As a Sleep Consultant, with over 20 years of experience working in Sleep Medicine, and as a Certified Coach in Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), I will help you overcome your sleep difficulties.

The missing piece in the cure for Insomnia is getting our activated, or over-activated, nervous system into a state of calm and/or relaxation at bedtime.  This allows the brain and body to mentally, emotionally, and physically prepare for sleep.
